Legal and financial information

Legal title to apartments and the land– buyers will acquire the ownership title to the apartment confirmed bythe registration of the property in the Land and Mortgage Register(własność hipoteczna). Currently the land plot on which the project isexecuted is registered in the Land and Mortgage Register under entryNo. KW WA3M/00448603/7. A final building permit No. 38/2008 of January15th 2008 has been issued for the building by Biuro Architektury iPlanowania Przestrzennego (Bureau of Architectural Design and UrbanPlanning) for the Białołęka district of the capital city of Warsaw.Construction work has been initiated and is already at a considerablyadvanced stage.

The construction work is financed with a bank loan obtained from PKO BP S.A.,and buyers’ payments are credited to an escrow account. Upon an expressrequest of a buyer, E.T.J. Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. may enter into apreliminary sale agreement drawn up in the form of a notarial deed.

From PLN 6300.00 (VAT inclusive) per square meter.

Payment schedule
Payments for apartment purchase depend on progress of the construction work and are required to be made as follows:
10% – within seven days of agreement execution,
30% – within 30 days of agreement execution,
50% – by January 31th 2009,
10% – by June 14th 2009,
