Interiors

In order to provide our clients with comprehensive service, we haveprepared an offer for interior finishing work. By contracting us tofinish the apartment for you, you avoid the stress of looking forreliable contractors and the right materials, and having to supervisethe progress of finishing work. In addition, you will be able to savetime to spend it with your family and friends, and enjoy your newapartment from the moment you pick up the keys.

Our offer of finishing work comprises:

  • interior finish design
  • procurement of materials
  • execution of work
  • architect’s supervision over the finishing work

We offer two versions of finishing work:

Standard version at PLN 600 per m2 (VAT inclusive) and premium versionat PLN 800 per m2 (VAT inclusive). Both versions cover the same scopeof work, including purchase of glazed wall and floor tiles and tilingwork, purchase and installation of bathroom equipment, purchase andfitting of internal doors and door frames, purchase of floor finishesand their fitting, as well as ceiling and wall painting. The differencein price between the standard and premium version relates to thedifferent price range of finishing materials used.
